Austin AECOM Awarded End-to-End Process Analysis Project for The Dallas Morning News
Austin AECOM is proud to announce that its Newspaper and Media Group has been awarded a contract to conduct an End-to-End Process AnalysisTM study for The Dallas Morning News.
Austin AECOM’s Denver-based consulting team will partner with The Dallas Morning News on strategic and product planning initiatives, as well as circulation and operational initiatives. The overall goals will be to:
- take time and money out of overall operations,
- evaluate current operational performance and identify potential improvements,
- assess operations at The News’ North and South Plants, and recommend improvements and/or modifications, and
- challenge incumbent practices that reflect historical bias but are not necessarily efficient business practices for today’s business climate.
